Pallo, Marks & Hernandez, P.A. is excited to announce that Stephen A. Smith has joined the firm as head of the Liability department.
Stephen is a Cornell & Miami University graduate and has extensive experience litigating insurance coverage; professional liability; contract and business disputes; construction issues; employment and labor defense; products liability; personal injury; and mass tort litigation, including aviation, medical devices and toxic torts.
Born in Massachusetts and lived in Florida since 2001, his interests include cycling, hiking and skiing. Stephen is based in our Palm Beach Gardens office.
