JESSICA M. BLACKMAN

Ms. Blackman received her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Southern Maine in 2004. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007 with a certificate in Sports Law. While in law school she was an active member of the student government, President of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and an Executive Board member of the Sports Law Association. After graduating from law school Ms. Blackman initially represented injured workers', but now focuses her practice exclusively to defending Employers, Insurance Carriers and Third Party Administrators in workers' compensation matters.

Ms. Blackman is currently a member of the Florida Bar, Young Lawyers and the Workers' Compensation Section. She is also an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and an Executive Board Member of its Young Lawyers Section, as well as being on the Board of Directors for the Treasure Coast section of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund. Her interests include cooking, traveling, Red Sox baseball and spending time with her family and friends.
