Jason C. Hall

Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs (with
Honors) from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1997. He received his Juris
Doctorate from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of
Law in 2009. While attending law school, he was a Panels Chair (2008)
and a Student Panel Assistant (2007 and 2009) for the annual Public Interest
Environmental Conference (PIEC) held at the law school.
Mr. Hall was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010. He is also a member of
the Environmental and Land Use Law Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Hall
began his practice with a focus primarily on enforcement litigation with
the State of Florida’s Department of Environmental Protection, Office
of General Counsel, in underground and aboveground storage tanks compliance,
petroleum contamination cleanup, potable water, dredge/fill, hazardous
waste, solid waste, and used oil. He then transitioned to business development
for a private Florida environmental services company, before joining a
South Florida personal injury protection (PIP) insurance defense firm.
His practice required consistent attention to litigation, discovery, and
negotiations.
Mr. Hall works in the firm’s Palm Beach Gardens office. He is married
to Courtney and they have one loving and playful boxer, Cash. Mr. Hall
and his family enjoy travelling, live music, and discovering new food
and wine experiences. Mr. Hall’s interests also include spending
time with his family, photography, and watching live sports.
